Performa Komunikasi dalam Pengembangan Kapasitas Kewirausahaan Sosial pada Badan Usaha Milik Desa (BUMDes) Panggung Lestari Desa Panggungharjo Kabupaten Bantul

Village-Owned Enterprises (BUMDes) is an institution that focuses on the economy was formed in rural Indonesia through use of local resources. The study aims to (1) analyze communication performance members constructing organizational culture dimensions ritual, desire, social, political and enculturation Panggungharjo BUMDes Village. (2) Analyzing developing social entrepreneurship capacity dimension value business units. using qualitative approach interviews with 20 informants consisting advisors, supervisors, managers community groups collaboration BUMDes, Bantul Regency. results showed units Village task rituals, personal rituals rituals. All potential run well flexibility tasks between sections, divisions, forge togetherness intimacy among managers. Communication includes performance, enculturation, desire performance. functions instilling values ​​of exemplary togetherness. entrepreneurial growth economic activity.
